Membership Terms
Membership is personal, non-transferable and valid for the duration purchased. Members must abide by partner property rules and our community guidelines.
Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and require submission of a request via the member portal. Confirmation is provided within 24 hours by our concierge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival incur no penalty. Within 30 days, credits may be deducted based on partner property policy.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Holiday credits are non-refundable once redeemed.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to deliver your membership experience. Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
Data Protection
We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Members may request data export or deletion at any time.
User Responsibilities
Members are responsible for accurate profile information, secure account credentials and lawful conduct during stays.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Advisor acts as an intermediary between members and partner properties and is not liable for events outside our reasonable control.
